David Torrisi received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont
and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. He is a small business owner and is involved with the Sons of Italy, the Merrimack Valley Economic Development Council, the Holy Family Men’s Guild, and the North Andover Rotary Club. He was on the North Andover Board of Selectmen from 1996 to 1999 and since 1999 has served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he is a Chairperson of the Joint Committee on Higher Education.
